I used to coach junior high football. Once, I literally ran the same two plays for an entire half. My dad, who had coached for years on the high school level, asked me at halftime if I was going to call any other plays. I told him "Not until they stop these". I'll never forget the look of pride in his eyes when I said that.

Long story short - Don't stop whats working until they make you!!!!!
