Are NBA teams sandbagging on Mullens?

TNT analyst David Aldridge quotes anonymous NBA evaluators who have widely varied opinions on where B.J. Mullens will go in the first round of the draft Thursday night.

The consensus among mock drafts is that it will be in the middle of the first round, just outside the lottery.

But a Southeast Division personnel man told Aldridge, "He'll end up in the top five."

Then again, a Pacific Division scout said, "I cannot for the life of me see how the NBA could take this guy in the middle of the first round and take DeAndre Jordan (a Los Angeles Clippers 2008 selection) in the middle of the second."

Two more days before we find out the truth.
