With the four Glenville kids saying they all want to go to the same school and two of the four not having offers currently from OSU, it makes Walker's recruitment pretty interesting.

I'm happy to just be in Walker's wheelhouse right now. I hope he still likes us more at the All-American game and on signing day.
The only one of the four who has an offer is Walker, and although he is a major project, the Buckeye staff is apparently still pursuing him. If they continue to pursue him, he should sign with Ohio State.BuckTwenty;1834286; said:With the four Glenville kids saying they all want to go to the same school and two of the four not having offers currently from OSU, it makes Walker's recruitment pretty interesting.
Offensive lineman Aundrey Walker (Cleveland, Ohio/Glenville) made his first official visit when he went to Michigan State the weekend of December 4.
Walker followed up his trip to East Lansing with an official visit to Ohio State this past weekend. The huge lineman visited the Buckeyes on Saturday, Sunday and finished the trip today.
"It was great," Walker said. "The unofficial visits there are great, but this was even better."
Not surprisingly, Walker's player host was former Glenville and current Ohio State offensive lineman Marcus Hall.
"I got to chill with Marcus and (former Glenville defensive back) Christian Bryant," Walker said. "I talked to Coach (Jim) Tressel, Coach Bolls (Jim Bollman), Coach (Greg) Gillum, Coach Taver (Johnson) ... I talked to most of the coaches.
"I talked to coach Tressel a good 20 to 30 minutes. We talked about my goals and what I want to accomplish in life."
On Monday, Walker focused on academics and spoke with a person in the Ohio State Criminal Justice program.
"I liked what he told me," Walker said.
However, Walker said when he was in East Lansing he liked what he heard about Michigan State's Criminal Justice program better than what he heard at Ohio State.

Sam Webb: Recruiting
Michigan State and Ohio State didn't lock horns on the football field this fall, but they certainly have been doing so on the recruiting trail. The Big Ten co-champions are currently competing for two of Ohio's finest football prospects -- Cleveland Glenville offensive guard Aundrey Walker and Akron St. Vincent St. Mary's corner Doran Grant.
The 6-foot-6, 355-pound Walker is ranked a four-star prospect and the No. 14 offensive guard in the country by Scout.com, while the 5-10, 177-pound Grant is considered a five-star prospect and the No. 2 corner in the country.
In past years predicting the winner of these races would have been ridiculously simple. Not so in 2010, because this has been far from a typical year for the 11-1 Spartans. After hosting both youngsters on official visits the first weekend of December, Michigan State appears to have improved its chances at overtaking the Buckeyes. However, there may still be significant work to do in Walker's case.

Sam Webb: Michigan State is strong with Cleveland (OH) Glenville lineman Aundrey Walker. How has the big man looked in practice this week?
Allen Trieu: "Aundrey Walker has been a very pleasant surprise. He is one of the guys that has impressed the most and has helped himself the most. I think he has played up to the level of competition here. Sometimes in high school we felt that he didn't always give maximum effort. Down here he is playing hard and showing that he can handle any of the defensive tackles on the East, which includes the nation top defensive tackle, Tim Jernigan."
Sam Webb: What do you think of Spartans' chances with Walker?
Allen Trieu: "He said that Ohio State was his No. 1 and then he kind of went back on it. I think Michigan State is right there with him, too, and those are the two that have the big lead on everybody else. I think Michigan State has a shot, but I still think Ohio State is the team to beat. If it is going to be anybody other than Ohio State, it will be Michigan State. I should also add that Walker said he was going to take an official to Michigan on the (January) 21st, but if Rodriguez was let go that he would consider taking it somewhere else. So we'll have to follow up with him, but if Rodriguez was let go then he probably wouldn't take it."
