Addressing other needs first doesn't stop Cleveland from drafting Tate. He's not an first round draft pick.

I've liked NW in this game so far.

They've made the right plays at the right time...but I keep forgetting just how inconsistent Kafka is. This is a 21-14 game if Kafka makes good decisions.

Why?

I believe the guy. I've known Craig James to be an egotistical prick. I have no problem believing he had a lot to do with the issue's weight. I also have no problem believing Adam has that same sense of entitlement.

All I know is whenever they commited to hitting short passes all the way down the field he found the open man for the most part.

I'm sure his attorneys would agree as long they're negotiating a settlement/preparing for litigation. I can't blame him, though, after watching ESPN give Craig James a soapbox to go on a 2 minute rant against Leach.

What would you do?

You lose your job through what you believe to be politicking and mistreatment, you go on national TV and you're asked your opinion on a guy at the center of the controversy.

I'd tell it like it is. If it's true it's true, low is irrelevant.

They're playing this one perfectly to protect their employee. Rather than run the onslaught of quotes from alumni/players/coaches in support of Leach, as well as america, they let the coach come on and take shots at a kid and his daddy.

His laziness & insubordination provided a lot of justification for teaching the kid a lesson, albeit completely harmless.

Instead of letting those quotes expose the truth behind this saga, this is now about a bitter coach tossing out allegations.
