is it cuz his dad is in charge of officiating and suspensions? teams have been complaing about that back to his early days with the sabres.

personally, i enjoy watching the team who scores less points lose the game.

It's because he's one of the worst defensemen I've ever seen play hockey. That, and I can't bear to think about my beloved 'Hawks with his albatross of a contract for the next 7+ years. I don't really root for athletes to have career ending injuries, but I would definitely feel less bad if it happened to him.

as a friend of mine always says-something is wrong when you refer to yourself as an "offensive" defenseman. 1-youre supposed to be a defneder 2-offensive usually describes them on their own backend in the zone...

the good news is as time goes on big bloated contracts usually look less worse (think mccabe, and the debacle of the blueliners for the leafs)
