As a Bengals fan, yes, I wanted him lose and have his elbow dislocated in the process, but it had nothing to do w/ ND, it was a Niners thing.
Now that he is retired, and has the sense to despise Charlie Weiss/highly respect Tressel, I think he is a cool guy.

Watching Ron Pawlus get splattered all over Ohio Field and then on Irish sod were two of the fondest memories of all these sixty six years. Better even than watching Brady Quinn get buried in Glendale. I even get a certain amount of joy out of USC's annual mauling of Golden Boy Pickle Claussen.

Boy are you wrong..... just because Joe respects Tressel does not mean that he has issues with CW. Joe and CW have been friends for years.
