In 1998, Ohio State won a lot of games by good margins. But they lost a game they should have won.
In 1998, Ohio State beat M*ch*gan, and won a meaningless bowl game.
M*ch*gan beat Ohio State 2021-2023. In 2023, M*ch*gan won a national championship with an asterisk.
In 2024, Ohio State has a lot of talent coming back, and a lot coming in, and will be highly ranked to begin the year.
In 2024, Ohio State will win a lot of games. But they'll lose a game they should win.
But Ohio State will beat M*ch*gan, likely play for a conference championship, get into the playoffs, and... who knows?
