What's with this talk of America possibly being without electrical power for 90 days? Hopefully it's just an asinine conspiracy theory

It's because of a new military initiative that requires all military bases to be able to be self-sustaining for at least 90 days in case of a cyber-attack or some sort of other sabotage cutting off power/supply chains. Of course, people twist that into "the end is nigh" though.
