Yep, but they play it completely straight. It's a "If You Know You Know" thing. I've watched that from the beginning and for anyone with half a brain it's obviously a spoof and satire, but unfortunately some people take it seriously. I even bought one of their T Shirts that I wear occasionally just to fuck with a few certain people I know.
