Asinine Conspiracies

I realize that the high school graduating students in the United States have not placed among the top 10 countries on several standardized tests administered in this century, but it remains in the top 15 or so on most. So, I do not understand why the ignorance of all these asinine conspiracy theories can find such following, unless it is just senility among the Baby Boomer generation. Internationally, people look at some of this and just shake their heads.
