Arrested Development - UNcancelled!

We watched the entire series through Netflix in the last month. I have no idea how I never watched it when it was on.

"If I may take off my acting pants for a moment and pull my analrapist stocking over my head" - I had to pause the show for five minutes I was laughing so hard

"Roofies! Those are illegal!"
"Shutup, Mother....don't make give you another one."
*Gasp*

I watched the whole series this summer. With all the buzz it was getting I watched the first episode of season 2 when it was new and didn't like it. Back then it wasn't as easy to start from the beginning as it is now. The wife and I watched the first couple episodes of 30 Rock and Modern Family and gave up on them pretty quickly although we did pick up 30 Rock in season 2. Both of those shows had similar buzz to AD. Fox just seems to get the shows that are ahead of their time and cancels them before they can grow an audience. I still believe that if Seinfeld was new now it wouldn't make it past the first 9 episodes. If I had a dollar for every time a network cancelled a show before I was ready for it to be over I would be a rich man.

IFC is having a marathon on right now. Should go for a few more hours, if anyone wants to relax a little on this Memorial Day and lucky enough to get that channel.

According to TWC, our bill (around $130 a month) isn't high enough to receive IFC. :smash:

'Arrested Development' to do new series, movie

NEW YORK (AP) ? The Bluth family's frozen banana stand may be back in business.

At an Arrested Development reunion Sunday at the New York Festival, the creators and cast announced plans for a new TV show that spins off the short-lived but critically acclaimed TV show, which went off the air in 2006 after just three seasons. They also discussed more concrete plans for a much-awaited movie.

Creator Mitchell Hurwitz said the spinoff will feature nine or ten episodes focusing on each character and leading up to the movie. The first scene of the movie will be all the characters reunited.

Pic#1 look out for hop ons.

Pic #2 is great with that puppet. When he throws Franklin in the wash and he turns white then says to Gob "You've ruined the act dear boy" in an up tight British accent.

Pic#3 The blue man group called its a good thing he already Blue himself.

David Cross' double entendres were a thing of legend.
