I would say that there is little doubt as to LSU being the number 1 team after this....can they lose sure, but they have played and beaten every team in a pretty good schedule....

I've had them #1 since they kicked Oregon's asses and I've seen nothing to change my mind since then.

But how does Gary Danielson say that LSU, if they win the CCG, deserves at least a share of the National Title; and then about 1 minute later say that "college football needs more, at least a Plus-1?"

He's trying to get the AP voters to vote for LSU if they lose in the BCS TItle game.

It didn't happen for tOSU in 1975, and it didn't happen for tOSU in 2006, when the Buckeyes became the only team in history to win two AP #1-vs.#2 matchups in the same season and not win a national title.

But Danielson is apparently trying to figure out a way for the SEC to win TWO National Titles this year. Holy hell, he used to a solid analyst.
