Wow, have you missed the issue here. I haven't heard what the national media had to say about Petrino's profanity bombs that he was childishly launching at Miles, and I don't need to. That kind of clown-like behavior is ridiculous and it reflects very poorly on your university. The fact that you're trying to change the subject and/or defend Petrino shows that you don't fully grasp what happened on Saturday and its reflection on your school.

See that's a mistake. Unless you want to buy a former bluechipper from the Gators to get you over the hump, the only way to win the SEC is to bring in an Ohio coach.

Arkansas has a solid team this year.
unfortunately for y'all, there happens to be 2 other teams in the division who are even better.

that's just bad luck from a timing standpoint.

In part, I agree with your post. I think that cursing by a head coach when all the cameras are on him is a bit much because he's the public face of the university.

My point is, however, that besides Petrino, there's other coaches that the media likes to shake their finger at when they use questionable language.

They do, however, have a bit of a hard on for certain coaches, and do want to see them fail. Me, I could care less. I had a head coach that used language that could make a sailor blush.

And I didn't say that he cursed at the other team's coach. I said he has dropped "profanity laced bombs." The only difference between him and Petrino at this point in their careers in the SEC is that Nick has put a couple of crystal balls in a couple of trophy cases, and Bobby hasn't.

Bobby - Coached a smaller school to success? Check. Had some success at said school? Check. Went to the NFL? Check. Lied and said he wasn't going back to the college ranks? Check. Has had success at the college level again? Check.

Nick - All of the above except he's got the two crystal balls in the case.
