You will all see the one handed snare on sportscenter, but I'm guessing they'll skip the fumble by Garcia. A DL burst through simultaneously with Garcia's drop, wrapped up the QB and knocked it free before he could throw it away.
The refs blew the whistles instantaneously, which blew the play dead before Arkansas could recover the fumble. Badly blown call by the refs.
The only possible justification is that they were trying to protect the QB, but the DL was well within his rights to throw Garcia down during the play.
