ASU plays Uofeh in college hoops tomorrow night. Uofeh has won 7 in a row and ASU has won 4 in a row. ASU is currently leading Uofeh by 1 game in the conference. ASU is currently 1 game behind current Pac10 leader Washington.

The game is being played in Tempe and ASU won the first matchup played in Brown Town. ASU is trying to win the Pac-10 title for the first time in ASU history.

Sorry, but the wrap-around fork on the side just apes FSU's spear waaay too much for my liking. The cartoon is kind of nice, in a way, because it's a goofy throw back kind of deal. Not many teams have that going for them, and it gives them something to hang their hat on (no pun intended).

Elway's son will stay as a student, but won't be playing football.

Redshirt freshman quarterback Jack Elway is leaving the Arizona State football program but remaining in school as a student. "He's just tired of football and wants to do something else with his life," ASU coach Dennis Erickson said Monday. "He made a decision, and we all understand it. He would have played here eventually." Elway, son of Hall of Fame quarterback John Elway, was the only scholarship quarterback in the 2008 recruiting class out of Cherry Creek (Colo.) High School. He redshirted last season and was among five quarterbacks competing for the starting job vacated by Rudy Carpenter.
