That would be impossible! Actually my niece goes to Desert Vista high school so I will have to ask her if he wears USC gear. Maybe he was wearing the gear until he got his ACL tore and before USC targeted another DE and didn't put Kennard on their target list a week ago.

Four of Kennard's high school teammates now play for ASU, including one of his best friends Zeb Togiai. From what I've heard, Zeb makes Kennard wear an ASU hat any time he comes over to his house. Classic.

Well, if he knows him personally then I will believe what he says.

On the other hand, I have a friend who says he knows everyone personally even if he has met them one time and all he did was shake their hand. So maybe notfadeaway can explain his relationship so we know how well he knows him.

Notfadeaway, if you do know DK, can you give us any inside info on who is he favoring and what his current status is on his top 4 or 5? As an ASU fan, I'm obviously hoping he stays home and plays for ASU.

I dont know evrything but I do know that several of his coach's think its SC...also his brother and family/girlfriend will be a bigger part of the equation than Zeb...I am a sun devil alum and wish he would go there...but I am also a realist :)...Oh and not a stalker...just observant of what I see and hear:oh:

Well keep your ears open and let us know anything you can. I'm also trying to be realistic, yet optimistic.

Hopefully his family wants him to stay close to home and get the best treatment on his knee possible. I'm sure he would like to train with his brother year round too. Local girlfriends never hurt either.

True...I heard his gf is a year younger and still at DV...so he may stay just for that...as for training with his brother...Im sure he will have it better at any of the other universities weight room...no disrespect to Derek...just not sure he has access to all the equipment

And no comment on how I know all that I know:)

Good to hear about the younger girlfriend. Is she smart enough to get into USC (joking)? His brother is a PT isn't he? Hopefully he would have a good weight room. From what I hear, he likes training with his brother and is a big family guy. No closer place to the family than ASU? I guess he is working with the same therapist that Donovan McNabb used? That's another good reason to stay home.
