Pretty well, thank you. 1:56:35, which is my 3rd fastest. But I'll take it after 4 1/2 years of running no races except a local 10k 2 years ago. And I had the best negative splits over the last 3+ miles I've ever posted. So I'm learning how to stay within myself and effectively engage the turbo boosters toward the end. In past half marathons my legs would feel beaten down in the later miles, but I ran a few more 12+ mile long runs in training, so my legs were ready for it this time. Beautiful day for a race and lots of fun hanging out...How did it go?
