Any interest in a Buckeye Planet Golf Invitational? (skill not required)

Bad news about Foxfire no free golf the guy that was getting me the hook-up already has his allotted amount of outing booked for the year sorry. I have been looking into Oakhaven since it seemed to be so popular on the board and they are sending me some info. Their prices for their outing are way better than I expected.

I've played Oakhaven many, many times and been in several outings there (2 last year and a couple more before that) and they do a SOLID job with handling the outing.

The price includes free range balls before hand, greens fees with cart, a better than average dinner after the round.

There is also a beverage Cart that runs around serving beer - they do a good job of keeping everyone wasted.

The prices that scarlet sent me are very good for a weekend rate.

Currently, I'm favoring Oakhaven because it's a known quantity. The only negative I perceive is that it's just north of Delaware City; not a bad drive, but a little out of the way for most people.

There are a couple other courses in mind that I haven't ruled out.

Oak-haven sounds good. Someone should lood in to ThornApple, and maybe even Pheonix. Phenoix is a very solid golf course and it is situated close to OSU. I will give them a call and see what their rates are. Scarlet and I have played there many times, and even though he gets his ass kicked every time we still have fun doing it. I'll let you know the prices soon.

DA-BUCKS and I are playing in a outing invatational on april 29th and need two volunteers that are willing to help in the planning to join us. Registration is at 9:00 am and does require a full day there. let us know who if you are interested.

Did scarlet mention that the day includes a STEAK dinner?

The 'test' outing includes rangeballs, 18 holes, a steak dinner, prizes, etc for a very reasonable cost. PM scarlet or me for details.

We need one more person to come along for next Friday for the trial outing! Please post ASAP - we have to turn in our roster by friday (so we need to know by the end of tomorrow).

It's well worth it, prizes, steak dinner, golf with cart, 9 hole best ball, 9 hole scramble under $30 (special price to trial outing)

We really need some one to join the golf outing and we're running low on time. To make this outing a reality we need some type of commitment from other BP members not necessarily to the 29th but to the outing in a whole.
