My suggestion is to go to a golf smith. Most of the guys on the floor will be glad to help size you for free. (other places charge anywhere from $50 to $100) Ping's website has a general sizing chart based on your measurements. You should probably start there and see how long your irons need to be. From there I would go to golf smith and ask to demo some irons probably in the +1 in long. From there ask for the impact tape that goes along the bottom. Start going up or down in lie angles until the marks are center.
When ordering realize that most manufactures are 3-4 weeks on cutsom orders. Another route is to buy a set on ebay, and have golf smith match them to you measurements. this runs about $150 depending on what you need done (irons bent, shaft extended, new grips)
