Any Giant Eagle management-type employees?

Just in the off chance someone around here is or knows someone in the management (even at an individual store level) to executive-level in/for Giant Eagle in Ohio, I thought I'd post here asking as I need help with something.

Shoot me a PM if you qualify.

I'll save you the trouble. Being head honcho at BP will not get a shoplifting charge dropped.:wink2:

Actually, it *seems* like we've got this issue figured out. Appreciate the replies, even the jokey ones.

Basically I need to get product and pricing data from Giant Eagle for a side project. They were working with us for a while, allowing us to gather that data in the stores (Vince did that a few months back and gathered info for about 3300 items), but he went back to do it again this week and was rather briskly ejected. We have a lead on a company that has an existing agreement with GE, and it seems they may be able to expand our database for us. I want to be up around 10k-12k items, so that was the leap here. Thought maybe if a BPer had local connections we could work something out that way. Still open to that of course, but right now I'll run with whatever works.

One way or another, I want to be off disability as soon as possible, and turning more of BP's ad money right back into BP. Health be damned, I just require self-sufficiency.

Can someone tell me why filling up two cars from the same pump (double-pumping) is dangerous and why Giant Eagle insists you fill up 3 gas cans and then pull off to the side to fill your 2nd car up with the gas cans?

This is not the kind of double-pumping problem I would expect from you.
