America's Most Miserable Sports Cities

If Buffalo is #3 with the Bills and Sabres how does Kansas City not even make the list? The Sabres and Bills have lost five championship matchups in the last 20+ years. The Chiefs and Royals haven't even gotten close, although the Royals did win the 85 WS.

Atlanta? The Braves have won 14 division titles since 1990, won a World Series, and the Falcons reached the SB in 98-99.

I don't like the title of the article. Phoenix fans aren't miserable about the teams... They're use to the Cardinals sucking... but at least attempts are made (Edge, Leinhart, Fitz), then there's the baby backs who could be the most underated baseball team, nobody cares about the Yotes and the Suns are often the talk of the town/

i was very surprised to see the valley so high on that list. doesn't make any sense to me. the suns are frustrating come playoff time, but at least they are always in the hunt.

are they forgetting about the Diamondbacks?
I don't think a whole lot of "research" went into that list. Houston who had the Rockets win back-to-back titles 12-13 years ago and the Astros in the World Series recently, and Denver who had the Broncos go back-to back a decade ago and the Rockies in the WS this year have no place on that list. I'm surprised Boston and New York aren't on there.

By definition, Denver could never be more miserable than Cleveland. :slappy:

(don't forget about the 2 Avalanche titles either)
