Ohio State feels they have a very competitive NIL package for Williams.

AG believes things are trending towards Williams signing with the Buckeyes in December.

I am good dumping NIL resources into another OT and DE...as to DE, Williams is the one I want to join Houston. That would be the pair we are looking for.

AMARIS WILLIAMS​

Larry Johnson and Ohio State are making it very clear to Williams, a top-100 prospect, just how interested they are in him as a player. The interest seems to be mutual, as the Florida commit will make a return trip to Columbus on Nov. 11, a few weeks after he took an official visit to Ohio State for the Penn State game. Williams will visit Florida this weekend, OSU for the Michigan State game next weekend and then Tennessee to close out his visit schedule. The Buckeyes have a chance of flipping the North Carolina product if everything goes well.

This is starting to look promising for the good guys, would be a huge recovery after some of the misses we have had recently. Add one of Carlon Jones or Warner to Williams and Houston, and I would be very pleased with that DE class.

DE Amaris Williams: Big win for OSU that Williams isn't visiting Tennessee this weekend. Will UF make an insane offer to keep Williams now that they are losing recruits? Birm thinks he ends up at OSU and the two visits in three weeks and now the Vols visit being pushed off is telling.
