Alternatives to Time Warner cable in Columbus?

Does anyone have recent thoughts on WOW? They're offering a pretty enticing deal for a cable/internet package to me right now, but I can't find anyone who has WOW or has used WOW in the past. It's the WOW Ultra TV with 110mbps internet, if anyone has it.

I have a fair amount of options, compared to some areas. DirecTV (current provider), Dish, UVerse, WOW, Time Warner for TV and UVerse, WOW, Time Warner (current provider) and Frontier for Internet. I'm not keen going back to/staying with Time Warner or UVerse based on past experiences of ridiculously poor customer service.

WOW subscriber here. Great service, but you need to beat them up annually to get their best pricing.

We have WOW Ultra TV, and it's terrific. Only have 15 Mbps on the web, though, which is fine for our purposes.
