Those were John Lackey's words to Scioscia with 2 outs in the 7th, bases loaded with Yanks, and the Angels up 4-0. Scioscia ignored him, a pissed off Lackey walked to the dugout...and NY scored 6 runs before making the 3rd out.

Lackey is a fucking horse. He had barely more than 100 pitches, you're facing elimination, and you take your best pitcher out to go to your shaky bullpen.
