Alabama Crimson Tide (official thread of Football, Fake Championships and Banjo)

Nick Saban looked at Notre Dame's offense the last few years and said, 'Yeah. We need that,' and hired Tommy Rees.

Clearly something has been lost mentally that is clouding his judgment.
Which is bizarre, because he generally has 1-3 monster gurus on his staff that aren't even position coaches, to the point that they are more advanced than almost all head coaches on other teams, and certainly their coordinators.

Jalen Milroe named Alabama starting QB ahead of SEC opener

The Alabama quarterback competition appears to be over.

Jalen Milroe, who started the first two games of the season but did not play against USF this past weekend, has "earned the opportunity to be the quarterback" moving forward, coach Nick Saban told reporters Monday.

Just sayin': Saben just might as well play "musical chairs' for QB1".......

Lol yea he "earned" the opportunity by virtue of the other 2 guys sucking total ass.

Milroe does give them the best chance though, at least he can use his legs, the other guys are totally worthless.
