The conversation was about the SEC as a conference, cool your jets there.

I know, I always laugh when people say "THE SEC WON THE TITLE"

Florida LSU and Tennessee have won the BCS national title at some point

Georgia, Alabama, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss, Miss State, South Carolina, Arkansas, Auburn, and Kentucky..... have done nothing

Auburn has had an undefeated season recently, not quite a national title but that's hardly "nothing".

Haha, Bama kicking it out of bounds now. Capitalize on the good field position boys........ or not, picked. Todd has been overthrowing a lot on these slant routes.

Edit: Another FG for Bama 21-20

Bama is currently ranked #2 and in the MNC hunt. Georgia has been ranked highly, and the Mutts were 13-1 in your 2002 NC year, finishing at #3. Auburn was 13-0 and finished AP #2 in '04.

Has your conference had three different teams winning the BCSNC, or had six teams ranked at least #3 nationally in the recent past?

With all due respect, we both know the answer to that is "no", and it does not matter what other conference you bring up in comparison, the ACC and Big-12 or PAC-10 .

I grant you that you might be sick of hearing about the SEC's supposed strength, but people think that for (at least) some arguably sound reasons.

Good coverage by the ref on that throw

like I said

TEAMS win titles NOT conferences

FLORIDA won the title last year

did Alabama? no

did Auburn? no

did Georgia? no

I think you get the point

Chris Todd should run himself back into the pass rush more often. That's worked well today

We're 5-0 in the BCS title game thing. How can we control how people perceive that?
I missed the reason why teams like Bama, Ole Miss & Georgia benefit from that year or year. Clearly it's not about the numbers with bama.
