AFC Wildcard: Jaguars(-1.5) at Steelers

We all know what Al and John say weighs so much to the NFL or when the refs overlook the tape. :roll1:

Those guys are awful at breaking down plays and seeing important things.

How about Jacksonville's 1 yard TD plunge in the first quarter after Maurice Jones-Drew ran it down to the goaline on the kick-off return. Jacksonville clearly has a false start, Casey Hampton is going ape-shit after the play looking for a flag, and John and Al never even notice any of it.

Al needed about 10 replays of Matt Spaeth's fumble to realize his knee was on the ground when the ball came out even though it was clear as day after the first take.

Then neither mention how blatant Hines Ward face-mask play was. Al and John mention the player needs to let the offensive player go after 5 yards when the defender wasn't holding, he was getting dragged by his face-mask deeper into the end-zone.

I just don't see how these guys call games for a living and can miss so much. To be fair, it isn't just Madden and Michaels, but they're about as bad a couple as there is

Associated Press

PITTSBURGH -- Never in the Steelers' 75 seasons had a team beaten them twice in Pittsburgh in the same season. The Jacksonville Jaguars beat history -- and the Steelers -- despite a fourth-quarter collapse that nearly cost the visitors their season.
Josh Scobee saved the Jaguars by kicking a 25-yard field goal with 37 seconds remaining and Jacksonville came back after squandering an 18-point lead in the fourth quarter to beat the Steelers 31-29 last night in an AFC wild-card game that was wild in every sense of the word.
