Scarlett Johansson is hoping that adult movie superstar Jenna Jameson can win her an Oscar.

Scarlett has been singled out by the X-rated actress to play her in a movie adaptation of her autobiography How To Make Love Like A Porn Star: A Cautionary Tale.

The Lost In Translation star is said to be very keen on the role and is confident it could pave the way for Oscar glory.

A source said: "She knows Jenna has had a colourful life, but she isn't prudish about it at all. She loved her book and thinks it would be a great film. Scarlett believes it could earn her awards like Julianne Moore's Oscar

Boogie Nights is a film based on the life of porn legend John Holmes.

Jenna, 32, revealed her admiration for Scarlett last month.

Jenna, the star of such films as Jenna Loves Pain, I Love Lesbians 10 and Wicked Weapon, is currently in talks with producers and filming could begin next year.
