I know DirecTV turned that into a premium service... they have the channels for it.I'll have online as a backup plan but it would still suck. You would think with all these feeds every game would be on some channel by now.

Straight BS.
The showing the 15/2 game...WTF?! There's a 9/8 game on at the same time and they go with the 15/2 game? Ridiculous. I'll be going out and watching the game at a restaurant now, I guess. March Madness on Demand is an option, but not the same...then again, I'm not too big on watching games in public establishments. Ugh. This sucks.
? Matchup to watch: Siena will have to rebound to start its fast break, but if it can, point guard Ronald Moore could pose the same problems for Ohio State that Butler's Shelvin Mack and West Virginia's "Truck" Bryant did earlier this season, getting into the defense before it is organized.
? Notable: Ohio State is 16-9 against lower-seeded teams since the NCAA Tournament began seeding teams in 1979. The Buckeyes are 1-2 as the No. 8 seed. Siena averages 8.8 steals, 14th best in NCAA Division I. Ohio State and Siena had one common opponent. The Buckeyes defeated Iona 71-53 on Dec. 20. Siena swept the Gaels, 69-68 and 75-60.
It's OSU's time to dance
After sitting out a year, Buckeyes are excited to be back in tournament

DAYTON -- Before Ohio State left for Dayton, coach Thad Matta showed the players a highlights video of the Buckeyes' run through the NCAA Tournament two years ago.
As One Shining Moment, the signature song of March Madness, filled the room, they saw Ron Lewis' last-second shot force overtime against Xavier. They saw Greg Oden's last-second block stave off Tennessee. And they saw Oden's awesome missed dunk against Georgetown that caromed seemingly to the roof of the Georgia Dome before falling back to earth.
"The best almost-dunk ever," P.J. Hill said.
Matta said he wanted his players "to have an understanding of and an appreciation for the Ohio State University, and I basically told them, 'Hey, this is the last time we were in the tournament.' (I was) just trying to let those guys see what the tournament is all about."
They've seen, one too many times for some. Tonight, against Siena in University of Dayton Arena, they finally get to feel it. And for that, they are appreciative.
"It's a dream come true," Evan Turner said. "I'm really excited."
Turner was a freshman last season when the Buckeyes, who returned three seniors and sophomore David Lighty from the Final Four team, woke up too late in their encore and were relegated to the National Invitation Tournament.
"We gained more experience playing in the NIT, and it was still a good tournament," Turner said. But "I was really upset. It was really sad that we weren't fortunate enough to be a part of the tournament. I watched it, but it wasn't the same. I was rooting for the kids from Chicago and that was pretty much it."
Tonight, he'll have kids from his hometown of Chicago -- not to mention the Ohio State fans -- rooting for him.
"You grow up watching the NCAA Tournament," Jon Diebler said. "You watch the game and then you always want to go out and shoot hoops afterward and picture yourself in the tournament."

Yep, I went to a couple of the Big10 tourney games and that set my wallet back. I have some friends in Dayton, but couldn't afford the tickets.Leroy: That's cool. I've read similiar reviews about the MMOD so I'll try it out. Hopefully it's all good. But as a good man once said, "It's the principle of the matter!". :)
It's hot garbage is what it is. 8 seed Ohio State vs 9 seed Sienna was the late game no brainer. MSU vs Robert Morris with a 9:50 pm tip? Wtf?! Are they trying to put Indy to bed early or something. And like I said in Indy no less, but I digress.
And I agree, the bar/pub/resturaunt is not my scene, especially for a Buckeye game. I'm a hardcore fanatic. The type who enjoys the space of my living room. I like indulging in my own beverages, among other delights that are not possible in a bar. :) I pace back and fourth, jump up and down and scream during exciting moments. I'd rather not have my gf present, and won't watch a Buckeye game with friends, even if they're basketball heads because they don't fully 'understand'. I'll only watch a game with my pops, another true Buckeye head.
I'd probably be in Dayton right now, but didn't like the look of those ticket prices after having attended every Big Ten Tournament game.

leroyjenkins;1434189; said:While it may suck not to have it on the big TV screen, this MMOD is awesome!! I remember having some trouble with the streaming the last few years, but its nice this year.
One of my issues as well. It kind of stinks, I don't know what else to do, especially if there's a good game on TV and I don't want to turn the channel from it. I guess since the MSU/Robert Morris game is going to be on then it'll be OK for me.as a sidenote, MMOD is great, but it is delayed by 15-20 seconds. So if you are like me, watching a game on your television and using MMOD for another game, the one thing that sucks, is you can't help but see the score in the upper screen of the live game. So you always know what is about to happen during the MMOD game.
I'd actually recommend Justin TV, because for some reason, the lag time is significantly less.
