pretty much because jallow is locking down langford and because ahrens is not a ballhandler like woods or jackson.

I thought they changed that rule a few years back when a team calls a timeout the under 16 minute timeout goes away so you don't get back to back timeouts. I guess they put the rule back in when they dropped teams from 5 to 4 timeouts.
