Post your 5 (relatively) bold predictions for next season here.

- A quarterback will NOT win the Heisman Trophy.
- There will be three undefeated BCS conference teams Before the bowl season.
- The odd team out will be from the Big East, and that team will lose their bowl game.
- No non-BCS conference team will make a BCS bowl
- Atleast one first year starter at QB will finish top 5 in the Heisman voting.

McFadden, all agreed?

WVU (odd man out) UCLA and Nebraska (yes Huskers beat USC so I cant put them here, and UCLA gets them for 2 straight.)

Utah gets in (almost undefeated, tough but not really tough scedule looks pretty for a non-BCSer) and BSU just misses with their 2nd loss at the end of the season

I think a QB gets in, but not a first year guy. Too many skill guys coming back. McFadden, Wells (hopefully :) ), Johnson, Booty, Hart:! ,

My 5...

1. Nebraska beats USC on their run back to the BCS Champ game to Face UCLA-WVU gets held up by close calls from USF, UL, and the Natti'

2. Arkansas and Bama still blow, McFadden gets 1600yards and the Stiff arm of the year trophy-duh

3. Utah goes 1 loss or less to get back in- but gets hammered by USC (no more nonBCS gaffes like last year.)

4. We lose to the Huskies and winout to play WVU in a great BCS game

5. Everyone whines that games take too long at the end of the year (remember old rules are back)

- Morelli will continue to struggle in 2007

- USC will lose a game in the Pac-10

- Georgia will win the SEC Championship

- Virginia Tech will not have the #1 overall defense (they've had it the last 2 years and were 4th the year before those two)

- USF will beat two of the following three: West Virginia, Louisville, and Rutgers

Good calls here, USC might be a bit of a gimme but good calls on USF and Georgia.

I'm gonna make a couple revised predictions...

1. Matt Ryan undeservedly wins the Heisman
2. Michigan upsets Ohio State 24-23 in Ann Arbor, ruining the Buckeyes' perfect season and shot at the Rose Bowl (Hey, I'm trying to be optimistic here )
3. Oklahoma will win the Big 12
4. Darren McFadden will NOT finish in the top 5 voting in the Heisman
5. Mike Hart will edge out McFadden for the Doak Walker Award
6. Malcolm Jenkins will easily win the Thorpe

That's why I try to steer clear of predictions: Like my pappy used to say, "Better to keep your mouth shut & be thought a fool than to open your mouth & remove all doubt." :wink2:

Nice job by a few of you though. :osu:
