5 Predictions for 2007

RhodeIslandBuck

This guy's a real jerk
Post your 5 (relatively) bold predictions for next season here.

- A quarterback will NOT win the Heisman Trophy.
- There will be three undefeated BCS conference teams Before the bowl season.
- The odd team out will be from the Big East, and that team will lose their bowl game.
- No non-BCS conference team will make a BCS bowl
- Atleast one first year starter at QB will finish top 5 in the Heisman voting.

I'm backing most of your predictions except number 5. These will be the effects of your predictions. Off of your list going down:

Darren McFadden will win the Heisman.
USC, WVU, and LSU will be undefeated.
The odd team out from the Big East will be WVU.
(Can't really say anything about number 4)
I don't think a first year starter at QB will be in the top 5 for Heisman voting. There will just be too much talent out there for a first year starter at QB to be in the top 5. But I do think a second year starter will finish top 5 in the Heisman voting. Colt McCoy will finish top 5.

The "U" will not get into a brawl with their opponent before, during or after any of their games.

This will be Bobby Bowden's final year in Tallahassee.

Notre Dame will hold off a late charge by Sun Belt champion Troy and win the New Orleans Bowl.

UCLA will win the Pac-10.

Mike Hart will not make any excuses after a 4th consecutive loss to Ohio State.

1. The Heisman will be neck and neck between Mike Hart and Darren McFadden until the Buckeye defense holds Hart to 42 yards in a heartbreaking loss for the Wolverines.

2. USC and Texas will be undefeated.

3. Florida St. will be in the national title picture again.

4. Notre Dame will lose another bowl game - the Gator Bowl.

5. The SEC will beat each other up... again.

I'll do one for Ohio STate instead of national as well.

- Beanie will be finish top 5 in Heisman voting
- The Bucks will play either Florida or Texas in the Rose Bowl
- The offense will be the second best offense under Tressel
- The defense will be the best in the country
- They will not lose to TSUN, PSU, or wisky
