5 players suspended for 5 games in 2011 regular season (Appeal has been denied)

After watching the Vid, a couple of things came to mind with body language and what they said....
Posey promised to come back and seemed like he is taking this head on.
Adams didn't have a prepared statement but he said what he wanted to genuinely say.
Boom slouched used a lot of 'I's about how hard this is on HIM.
Pryor seemed like he knew the routine, say your sorry, blah blah blah
Solly is the anomaly that I had a hard time reading but I think he did well and came across as genuinely apologetic.

I posted this in the Pryor thread as well but...

Archie Griffin was on with Bruce Hooley today. He talked about how the 5 had come to visit him yesterday at his home. He said that they wanted to talk and that they seemed genuinely remorseful at how this had affected the former players, fans and alums.

Archie also said that he believed them and that it was time for everyone to move on from this. I believe Archie's words were 'they have a game to get ready for.'

If Archie Griffin feels that the players have been consequenced enough and that it's time to move on then that's good enough for me.

My best guess is Pryor and Adams are gone. Boom may go with a weak rb draft board, but I can`t really see it. Boom should continue his growth put on 5 to 10lbs of muscle and have a great 8 or 9 games next season. Honestly they should all stay and get their degrees, Adams is the only one close to being ready. Go Bucks

Incredibly elementary question that I've never had cause to ask: what kind of practice schedule/activity will they be allowed during the suspension? And: Can they participate in spring practice, voluntary 7 on 7 work-outs, summer practice? Will they be on the scout team during the beginning of the season? Will they have full access to the WHAC and film study?

It's all about the quarterback.

Without TP. Against a quality opponent. This offense won't score.

You're a dipshit. Put Guiton in, and if the OL provides decent pass protection and run blocking, we'll move the ball well. We have a ton of solid RBs and the loss of Posey would not hurt as much as you may think.

I'd say that Herron is the most NFL-ready out of the five. While Adams showed marked improvement this season, I was really surprised when he was picked all-conference...

I agree with this, I think Boom was more than likely leaving anyway somewhat of a similar situation to the one that Pittman was in a few years ago.

Posey is making a wise choice by coming back, he has his ups and downs at OSU and really needs more games to prove himself.

I think Pryor will come back, he knows if he leaves now that Buckeyenation will never give him much of any respect.

Not real sure on Adams but I don't know that he is going to jump ship either, don't forget that the Block O guys are all a pretty close knit group.

Exactly. If they wanted to sell the items for money, they need only wait until their playing days at school are over.

Or allow sCam's dad to broker the deal. My understanding is the NCAA has a special rule that says if his church gets a cut then everything is legal.

Or wait to sell them before the bowl game of their junior year, then they can showcase themselves in front of every scout and go pro.

I agree with Guiton, but the problem is I don't see Tressel putting him in over Bauserman.
