Depends on which book you use....
Pinnacle Sports.com puts the O/U at 65.5 while the others put it between 57.5 and 58....

can rutgers beat both these guys? neither one of them look very good, but i haven't seen rutgers play this year. (that's bad considering they've been on local TV every weekend this year)
