That's a far more impressive stat than the 5k, in my opinion.

Means nearly half our total registered users have been recently active on the site, during the off-season.

45% is unheard of. Comically high. Particularly when measured over a 3 year history.

I think the last site I produced was around 15%, and that was damn good.

Figure for every registered user, there are about 7-8 unregistered holding a similar active ratio.

I think the last time I looked, August served just a hair under 10 million pageviews. BP is, by all measures, much bigger than it appears to be.
