I need feedback on whether we want to stick with these teams with no coaching carousel. A lot of chatter in that direction, I want some final answers.
Are we okay sticking with Ole Miss, Ohio, BG till kingdom come?
Or should we allow users to make horizontal moves, so we can take over a same star, similar rated ovr (say within 2 pts) program?

I'd rather not stick with Illinois for the entirety of the league, yet I understand the issues with coaching carousel. I would actually redo the draft and possibly include higher rated teams if we have to be stuck with a team. Yet I will happily go with whatever you guys think is right.
