Probably. Injuries (like fumbles) are another way EA combats QB scramble cheesing, rather than actually make defenders pursue the QB.

I'm very wary of any sort of contact because even the best carry rating QB coughs it up occasionally when hit, far more often than they should imo (routine wrap up tackles, anyway).

I don't think my QB fumbled once last year (well, not a regular fumble, he has thrown a bad pitch on the option). Yet he got injured a lot. I also don't cheese in any way with my QB. What sucks is it has eliminated the option, and even then I fear my QB getting hit at all in the pocket. I am adjusting to it, but I now fear my QB getting hit all the time. It will be even worse this year since my starting QB is actually getting near good while my backups are nothing special.

This play bothered me. Your safety was in a deep half. Creeping towards the pylon while my WR was on a slight inside move. So I directional sticked to hit the far inside shoulder hoping to make it damn near impossible for the DB to come at. WR slips. FS picks it off.


I'd also like to point out, I think your DB's have better hands then my WR's. Two huge drops on my first drives.

Agree to disagree. Sure seemed like he was sliding on the ground then the ball came out.

I had a few nice passes on that final drive. Literally split seconds before my QB got crushed. Improving the lines for this team is my top priority.

Then WR's who can catch the ball. Of course lets not forget my TE dropping two wide open passes.

You might be right about the breakup. The announcer did talk about the danger of the throw. I think the game frequently makes people drop passes based on close defenders. On that one drop late in the game, the announcer gushed about what a great play I made breaking it up :lol: I was a yard away.

I hit throw after he made that outcut. Problem.was the defender that was flat footed when he built that cushion suddenly erupted into not only full speed but closed the gap when he gave chase... Leading to a wr who was covered tightly.


My safeties frequently pick the ball off in traffic. My other coverage was Seemingly useless.

the defender kicked the fumble out of your hand before you were down, shown in slow mo in the video. Only play i Didn't Include was the pick. Although that type of fumble is really common when diving, even if the contact is brushing your hip on the dive.
