I have two questions.

First, could you hear my mic on your game? If so, I apologize. Since yours wasnt on I forgot I had mine on.

Second, are you ticked at the way I played or just the game itself?

When you left the game it froze immediately so we didnt finish. I'm not certain where you stand but let me know

No I couldn't hear your mic at all.

I'm not mad so much at you as I am at the game.

Inthe nicest way I can put that, I've never seen a more....retarded...
series of playcalling. More imporantly I couldn't stop it even when I knew exactly what it was. 3rd down I form? Slants. What was worse is you never HAD to throw to the TE's I purposely didn't cover because you dont have too. Was my scheme bad? No. It's the fact this game doesn't allow the defensive players in zone to be aware enough to jump routes like that. The two pistol form runs made me pop a damn blood vessel. I sent my FS on a slightly delayed blitz. Gets within arms reach of your HB 5 yards deep, and then goes into the "follow" animation. Awesome.

The 4th down run to the right out of the same pistol look. I sent EVERYBODY. I'm pretty sure I threw a fucking cheerleader and waterboy in for good measure. Hell, I never use the run commit. Its cheesey and can be beat. But I knew you'd go right. Not one but TWO defenders blast you a full yard before the LOS. It's all good - shake them off, pick up the 1st.

Running 2 zone with tight undernearth coverage was a staple to stopping slants in previous versions of this game.

However since zone is full derp now, you really can't stop it.

You had 3 pass plays. The shallow drag to the TE. The seem route late, and the flag - that had me slightly off gaurd. That was literally it.

The 5 wide at the end of the game? I highlighted the inside WR (A) because 1) nobody throws elsewhere. 2) I knew it was coming. Took the Mike that was in a spy and dropped him into a hook zone over the middle coupled with the DB that was on said WR. Took my DE and made him the spy.

You threw exactly where a) I knew you would and b) where I wanted you too. But I guess the linebacker didn't want to drop into coverage and the DB didn't move a muscle went I went to swat the pass.

I don't mind losing. But not when the game literally gives me no way of adjusting to an offensive gameplan without having an A+ defense.

I counted 4 plays you ran slants on 3rd down that I dropped 2 Dlineman over the middle in addition to the linebackers that were they're. Nobody got a finger on a fucking ball. Once. One time, I had my star LB deflect a pass.

It's maddening.

I'll put my 2's & 3's in across my roster and set it to autopilot so you can play them real when you decide. Let me know when you're done so I can remove the autopilot.
You won that game,

Well then, I mostly agree. Pass defense is very sloppy in this, I was having similar issues with you after you got moving in the second quarter. I did see you leaving the TE open on the I-form slant but each time i used that I need 7-9 yards and thats what you can expect from the slant, if had been shut off the TE is my next read, I just wasnt as confident in A) him catching it, or B) him being able to run the extra 4 YAC before you got to him.

You did make it obvious my running tendecies were WAY too obvious when you shut down my backs the entire second half, I watched you cheating to that side but to be honest there wasnt much I could do about it. I am BG, I dont have enough "good" run blocking olinemen to fill out an entire line.. so I stacked them all on one side so at least I would be able to run one direction even if you did sniff it out. running pretty well for one half is better than not at all.

As for the moronic play calling, guilty as charged I'm sure. My lil bro turned 21 yesterday and his buddies flaked out on him so I invited him up to my house last minute. He showed up the same time as our game was starting so I was trying to play/get him drunk/get drunk/placate my wife that was annoyed I was playing a game when I had company. lol

ps:glad you couldnt hear my mic, I was may have been less than kind before my wife pointed out I was still wearing it.

pss:my one year old daughter also learned a new game last night of shove doritos down daddy's throat while he is distracted with a game. It seemed really convieniant not to have to feed myself for about a quarter, but as she became more proficient at getting chips and hitting my mouth breathing became a chore as well

It's all good. I'll be home soon to adjust my lineup.

I dont mind the language thing. I'm extremely competitive
In all that I do.. I have a history of getting foul myself. Cant
Blame you there.

I just need a decent recruiting class or two. Then that
Sort of thing on the playcalling can be neutralized.

I'll give you props on D. When I got pass happy. You
Made a few great calls.

Buckeneye, your backups deserve hookers or abortions or whatever you reward kids with at purdue. I was already running through my head what jokes would be flying if I lost to your backups in that game last night. Things didnt really turn until your freshman qb got happy feet and kept running into sacks. My end set my school record for sacks and I dont think I blitzed more than 3 or 4 times the entire game.

I'm just laughing that they actually scored 10 points.

Like I said, if your freshman QB would have stopped trying to run out of the pocket every 2nd or 3rd play he would have done some real damage, he didnt miss much the whole first half. When he did get past the Dline he had some good speed too he picked up long 3rd downs with his legs at least twice.
