I was planning to leave the conferences as is. We can decide to move everyone together down the road once everyone has HC gigs, but I think part of the allure of coaching contracts is climbing your way up.

ok, only asking, because I personally don't find using power teams all that fun in these leagues, and I been reading there's a bug basically and that you are ranking up way too quickly

Feel free to post those comments as you find em. That's why I was wondering if it would be better to just stick with bad teams as head coaches.
