360 NCAA10 Movie Team Dynasty

Great game between ESU & Miami. After an early 17-0 lead, ESU rallied and made it a heck of a game. Miami hardly stopped ESU after gaining that lead, and with a few min left, ESU was driving down 1 TD. One pick on 4th down & 1 was the difference in the game. Some scores afterwards distorted the caliber of the game.

QB Beamen 10-16 302 yds 3 td 1 int 4 rush 17 yds 1 td
QB Kane..... 30-43 359 yds 0 td 2 int 13 rush -3 yds 2 td

RB Jefferson....... 17 att 40 yds 0 td
RB Washington 8 att 113 yds 2 td (80 yd 1st run)

ESU
drives, pick in RZ. (redo version: punt)
Miami HB Washington 80 yd TD, 1st play. 7-0.
2 punts
Miami held to FG after 3 n out. 10-0.
ESU drives, throws pick (redo version: punt)
Miami PA deep TD. 17-0
ESU drives, held to short FG. 17-3
Miami throws costly pick.
ESU gets to redzone. 1st rush to 1st. 2nd sack -7. encroachment. 3rd & 2 stuffed. 4th & goal QB scramble. 17-10.
Miami goes deep for TD. 24-10
ESU drives and scores. Misses 2 pt fake. 24-16
Miami drives w/ :23 sec, sets up FG. 27-16
ESU catches squib kick, nearly houses it after a pitch.

After halftime, Miami punts.
ESU drives on ground for TD. 2 pt good. 27-24
Miami drives to goalline, throws pick.
ESU drives, FG. 27-27
Miami long TD pass, 34-27
ESU throws a late 4th quarter INT at midfield.
Miami punches it in for 6. 41-27
ESU sacked on 4th.
Miami pulls a Saine vs Washington, scores trying to run out clock. 48-27
ESU throws a last min INT, DB tackled, fumbles, picks it up himself, and runs for TD  55-27

How'd it go? And when did you play it...we tried to play at like 7EST and the servers kept disconnecting us.
We played at 9pm. The servers were fine, we didn't have any connection issues.

As for the game, his team was afflicted with the worst case of interceptionitis I can remember seeing. He started with the ball and was putting together a nice drive against me. Then his QB got pressured, threw a wobbler, he had a tall WR in position, then one of my DBs jumped up and took and the ball and ran for a TD. It was a neat animation/play, but the WR looked to have better position. After that, he was putting together another solid drive and I got another pick six. He had a number of nice drives, but it seemed as though the sliders or the turnover logic was broken.

My defenders didn't just swat the ball away, it seemed like any ball they touched led to an INT. Conversely, his WRs had some handling issues, including one that should have been a TD.

I was happy to get a win, but there's no way I should have won 56-12 with 6 or 7 INTs.

I'm concerned that there was some unfair home-team-advantage logic at play, and that I'm going to be on the other end of it when I have to play another human opponent in 2 weeks. I felt that he got cheated by the game logic, but he was a good sport about the whole thing and took it much better than I likely would have.

I dunno about that...the interception slider was turned down, not up. It might have been a case of aggressive settings being turned on and the QB accuracy being bad.

EDIT: Plus homefield advantage is not nearly as pronounced as it was in the last gen systems.

Those ducks are pretty much anyone's ball, even if someone has position. I've found it becomes like a game of 500.

Positioning seems to have a bigger effect on deep routes than on underneath lob passes.

In our game, the visiting ESU team completed more difficult passes into coverage imo. The interceptions (both ways) were just bad decisions, and most of my long TD plays came from mistakes by Joe (either guessing run right and me running left or play action), or not leaving a safety deep and throwing over the top.

I thought it was a pretty realistic game overall. Perhaps a few too many long passes by both squads, but overall the gameplay was fairly realistic.

My box score is very misleading. I scored on three 50+ yard passing plays (all PA) and 1 80 yd rush, plus 1 pick six in garbage time. ESU held Beamen & co in check for the majority of the game, just a few mistakes cost them.

I believe the remaining games are scheduled to be played tonight. With the preseason advancement pushed back, and the connectivity issues, I was a little lax in the advance deadline this week.

Not a problem, I was just wondering which night we are targeting to advance. Friday, Saturday, Sunday??

Yea up until about 3 minutes left I had a good feeling I could make the comeback, then it was like turnover (6), i get the ball back, quick turnover (6) etc etc. Box score is very misleading lol.
