I checked in a few hours before the deadline, and Permian had not heard from West Canaan all week. I tracked down WC/Dunn44, he could play at 9, and went to do some work. Apparently Permian's owner had to jet, I never got that message until after Dunn 44 logged off for the night.
I ended up just advancing. Don't like doing it, but it was the fairest way to all parties involved, including the rest of the dynasty.
Unfortunately, Permian won by two TDs.

It's time to bring it!
I dealt with so much BS in last night's game, it wasn't funny. I felt like there were a number of times where the play was fair, but the cheating AI reared it's head a lot.
The CPU defenders could catch better than my WRs, including one that is one of my star players. Conversely, my DBs couldn't get an INT at all. Even on a floater by the CPU QB, when I had the pass bounce back and forth (tip drill style) between 2-3 of my defenders until it hit the ground. I swear there was at least 6 tips during that pass alone. I had 3-4 times where my DBs jumped a rout only to watch the ball fall to the ground.
Then, when I was down to one play left in the game, I sent my star player (who was red at the time) on a streak. He got behind the coverage and the ball came down right in his hands... which he dropped. Game over.
Oh well, I just needed to vent.

Yup OSU is on quarters still, but will be changing to semesters by 2012. I'm glad I will have long had my degree before they start dicking people over with the switch

I move Friday, and after an exhaustive weekend of planning I will be picking up my new TV, moving in, setting up, and having the cable guy come all on the same day. I'm going to be beat. I definitely am going to want to game that night, as it will be my first time ever gaming in HD with surround sound.

we've advanced, btw. Redbenn & Dunn44 both pulled off awol/simmed victories against good opponents (Or St & Mizzou?) to keep their .500 season hopes alive.
