We'll need to do some work on sliders. On my first play yesterday my sparty D was in cover 2, the WR ran a go route, the safety stuttered (despite being 3-4 yards deeper), and the WR ended up getting open by about 7 yards for a score 
That only happened once, but even Sparty's B defense is a bit suspect.

Here's an update on the prestige & ratings of these squads.
Some thoughts:
- My big ten ratings might have changed these slightly.
- We can always tweak teams a little bit to make them even (ie make Drake Dunsmore or Jeremy Ebert better to enhance NW)

No, those were just the general suggestions since they would fit the best for regional conference mates.
As long as they are 3* & 85 ovr and below, and they don't get vetoed by the group, teams like that should be available.
Does anyone have any objections to UCF? I figure they should be in the ACC conference with USF to help balance out the FL advantage.

Correct.
It is really hard to play against teams like msu with these squads with heisman difficulty.

I think msu is a little too good, and quite a bit ahead of the other eligible teams on this list. I am testing out minnesota. I think the rest are ok, maybe rutgers gets left out too, not sure.
