Must of dozed off, because when woke up, saw the game was becoming a tussle. Didn't see many PSU open 3's, always saw a hand in their faces, and didn't see any late closing by the Buckeyes, but the final stats show about 60% from the floor. Other than that, bench points were heavily in favor of PS, but that's all. tOSU dominated the boards, shot well (would prefer to see FTs in the high 70s or 80s). Didn't really see a lack of effort from our 1s, but when the 2s got in, nothing stood out. Thought down the stretch no Buckeye wanted to take the shot, seemed like they always threw it to Thornton, except Battle. From the TV vantage, his shot was on a good arc, but just a tad to the left, otherwise we'd have a different story. I'm a big Holtmann fan, but he's gotta utilize his time-outs more effectively, stopping the momentum of the other team, and ratcheting up the Mo for the Buckeyes. Easy to say from my Laz-Y-boy! Go Bucks! PS, looks like the other B10 teams took it on the chin.
