Not making any excuses as Maryland simply outplayed us today. But, is Maryland one of those schools who uses a different brand of basketball than we do? It seems a lot of our shots today were half way down. Trust me, a different brand of basketball makes a big difference. It shouldn’t, but it does.

Sometimes, you just don’t have it (and the other team does). In basketball, it doesn’t have to be more complicated than that.

Don’t mind the refs not calling the 10-second violation when the shot clock was off.

That's kind of been the story of Holtmann for 5 years? Not hard to figure out. Same with blowing huge leads to finish games. Team almost blew the Illinois game by not getting a defensive stop for the final 6 minutes. Just insane.
