In that one, the replay showed that Kane kicked the Mexican foot first before ball, and it was high. So by the letter of the law, that’s a penalty. It was a soft one though.

I saw an offensive guy and a defensive guy both kicking up at the same ball. The offensive guy was a half second faster, thus his foot ended up on top. It's not like Kane kicked the guys leg up, they were both high kicking for the same damn ball, and the Mexico guys leg got in the way of the defender getting to it.
It's like those ticky tack targetting calls.

Mexico still needs a goal. If England can go 15 and stoppage by just defending, they’ll survive. That said, stoppage could be 10-15 minutes
