2026 tOSU Offense Discussion

Just breaks my heart that we missed a 29yd field goal to tie it against Indiana late in the 4th. Just another wasted year.

Not trying to take anything away from the historic year Indiana had. Congrats to them.
We are upset by that but there’s no guarantee we even win in over time. Indiana had been in numerous games like that this year and they always landed on the right side of things.

Odds we win in OT probably weren’t as good as we think. Undoubtedly we needed to win that game to avoid Miami who was just a bad matchup

If they even made it to OT. Indiana was so fucking clutch this year -- I bet they would have gotten a GW fg in regulation. They just got it done every damn time.

Couldn’t agree more. Time and time again they just kept coming up big.

We should’ve beat Indiana but that’s because we should’ve scored touchdowns not field goals, missed field goals, and failed 4th down attempts.

Not only that there is no Guarantee we win the 2nd one if we won the 1st cause unless us beating them collapsed their whole belief we would end up facing them again.

Problem, of course, is that JTB has less OC experience than Hartline. No way Day turns the offense over to him and here we are: second verse, same as the first. It has to be an offensive side Matt Patricia.
Yep. Really frustrated that he didn't grab Chip Kelly again. Lock him up with a multi year deal. I really hope he gets an established pro. We don't need Day thinking he can do it all again.
