2026 Spring Practices, Spring Game, and other Tidbits

TSC has an absolute cannon he's showing off, he's making me forget the wind out there. Such a beauty to CH Jr. and he's making some pro level throws out there. Cincere is an animal, he's going to play right away. OL always looks bad in this game, so kinda choosing to ignore that for now. Jakoby looks like a capable back to split carries with Bo.

Great seeing Buckeye football again. Leading rusher was a 4th string Freshman QB. HA! Loved seeing the TSC to Henry Jr connection. The chemistry is there. Nick Roberts made a couple nice catches. OL and running game (other than QB runs) struggled. But to be expected with all the injuries on the OL and RB rooms.
Some new players and some Freshman flashed. Hoping for an injury free and solid Summer.

GO BUCKS!

Lots to take in and I always look forward to this game to see some new Buckeye faces, and some visitors from Buckeye past like JSN. Extra grateful to be watching it with my dad after nearly dying last year, can't take anything for granted and it was a feeling of normalcy that now comes with the spring game. Nice show for the roster this year.

Boyd showed some hands today. One of his catches was out of bounds (barely), but nice to see the stickiness with the hands to go along with his route running. Going to be hard to deny that kid playing time.
if we are talking about the same catch, somehow he found the time to do this

I don't care that he was narrowly out of bounds. That's some absurd athleticism and presence.

I'm not as concerned about the offensive line. A couple big cogs were missing and early on, defense is ALWAYS ahead of the offense...and this defense looks better than the one last year did at that.

Offensive growth and putting together a cohesive unit is the least of my worries with this coaching staff.

If Sayin is really going to add the running game to his arsenal, it's absolutely on.
