Probably the wrong thread, but it is related to The Cheaters. Sen. John Kennedy (LA) was interviewed a little bit ago. When he was asked about what the Senate needed to get done immediately he mentioned the legislation to regulate college sports. His answer was basically Congress doesn't have much choice. In his words the NCAA does not have the "Testicles or backbone" to do what needs to be done. I immediately thought of The Cheaters as Exhibit A as the NCAA "knew and could prove" they conducted the biggest cheating scandal in the history of college sports. While I don't agree with the government getting involved (as I can't picture anything they have done well), I do understand their point with the NCAA lacking the testicles and backbone to do their job.
