Averaging 4.5 yards a carry. I looked up to see how many times in the past 10 years they have been worse than that and it's twice: 2023 (4.2) and 2018 (4.3). Those are the only 3 years they have been under 5 yards a carry

I thought the running game.was actually pretty good yesterday. Even the shorter runs were successful. Converting at the goalline multiple times, Converting 3rd n 1, etc...

Agreed, I meant that the 4.5 ypc average is good, but not great. I like what we’re seeing from BJ and IW.

I get it I was juat pointing out the 4.5 is actually misleading bc the shorter runs actually had the most dividends

I can't believe the NCAA still counts sacks as a rush. That might be the stupidest rule in statistical sports. What are they waiting for to change it?

I don't think it's stupid at all. Ball never leaves the QB's hands. Why would you lose passing yards for it?

I think I agree. If you’re going backwards it has to be deducted somewhere

I’ll go one further… I think if the defense scores it should remove points from the other team and not add points to the team that scores.

Tegra plays too upright and gets off balance too easily. I was hoping it was something he'd play his way out of but if anything its getting worse.

Ian Moore did pretty well coming in, although I still think Padilla is ahead of him a bit.
