The COI has no authority on taking away any titles. It says nothing about vacated or forfeited wins, so even if this was a real leak (it's not) it is silent on the punishment that is the pathway to stripped titles.

There's no way the NCAA can find them guilty of cheating and then let them officially keep the spoils of their crimes.

Have you ever heard a judge say, You've been found guilty of bank robbery but we'll let you keep the money.

Of course not.

If they're found guilty of illegal spying on future opponents, which seems a foregone conclusion at this point, (what was Harblow suspended for then?) then they're going to have wins vacated or forfeited.....period.

And if they have to vacate or forfeit the wins that led to the *National Championship, then once again, logically they have to vacate the Nati as well.

Its pretty much just plain ole' common sense.
